In order to place an order in our Site, you should acknowledge and accept that:

You are above the age of eighteen (18) years, and have entered into a contract with CERT-Pharma S.A. of your own free will, and that you did not act under duress or undue influence.
You are the authorized cardholder of the credit card used for payment of the requested medication.
You acknowledge and confirm that the medication shall be for your exclusive personal use, and that you shall use it as directed. You shall not pass it on to other persons, or be a party to reselling the medication, unless you are authorized by applicable law and you have acquired our prior consent.
You warrant that you have checked to ensure that the importation of prescription drugs into your jurisdiction of residence by you does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction at which you may accept delivery of medication shipped to you as a consequence of your order.
You confirm that you have undergone a recent and satisfactory physical examination by a doctor licensed to practice medicine in your jurisdiction of residence (herein after called your 'Personal Healthcare Practitioner'), you further confirm that your Personal Healthcare Practitioner has diagnosed a certain medical condition, and you attest that you are utilizing the services of CERT-Pharma S.A. only to obtain medication for the identified medical condition. You agree to consult your Personal Healthcare Practitioner in the event of difficulties, questions, or complications. You acknowledge that you have previously used the medication(s) that you may request with no ill effects, or you have been advised by your Personal Healthcare Practitioner that the use of the medication(s) is proper for your medical needs.

Further regarding your use of the CERT-Pharma S.A. website and other facilities, you warrant that you have used and shall always use these facilities for the purpose only of seeking medical treatment, not for stockpiling drugs to an already adequate supply, unless you are authorized by applicable law and you have acquired our prior consent.
Regarding your treatment, received through CERT-Pharma S.A., you confirm that:
a. you shall seek information from your pharmacist and/or Personal Healthcare Practitioner regarding the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of your medication. You agree not to take any other prescription medication or over-the-counter medicines without consulting with your pharmacist who is aware of your use of all medications.
b. you will use such medication under the strict supervision of your Personal Healthcare Practitioner, whose advise shall take precedence over that of, and shall not be supplanted by that of, any other health professional involved in your care.
c. you undertake to make contact promptly with your Personal Healthcare Practitioner or any medical practitioner for any necessary emergency intervention should a complication arise following your use of your medication.
d. you appreciate that there are always attendant risks to the use of any medication. You understand that you must have regular physical examinations and laboratory tests to ensure that it is safe for you to take the medication. You accept all risks involved in taking the medication. You will not seek any damages or any other liability from CERT-Pharma S.A., its affiliated companies, contractors, agents or principals, if any side-effects occur as a result of your use of the medication.
e. you appreciate that no health professional may guarantee that your medication shall have the desired effects or will provide the results you seek.
You understand and agree that:
a. CERT-Pharma S.A. shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of its associated health professionals, and of your Personal Healthcare Practitioner in advising you or communicating with you with regard to your medication. You release CERT-Pharma S.A. from any and all claims related to allegations that the prescribing physician acted below the standard of reasonable medical care because he/she did not perform an in-person physical examination.
b. The total liability, if any, of CERT-Pharma S.A. related or arising from your use of this website to purchase a medication is limited to the purchase price of the medication purchased. In no instance shall CERT-Pharma S.A. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to release CERT-Pharma S.A., its employees, agents, principals, corporate affiliates and all related parties from any liability arising from your consumption of the medication and for medical, physical or behavioral and other effects of any medication that you may take as a consequence of your order.
You understand that CERT-Pharma S.A. is not engaged in the practice of medicine.

You agree that, if any court should find any part or provision of this agreement to be void or unenforceable, the void or unenforceable part of the agreement shall be excised from the whole agreement, and the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the exempted provision, and that the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.

Your Conduct
Any conduct by you that in our sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, fraudulent, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, national or international law.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to CERT-Pharma S.A. arising from any product sold on the site shall be the price of the product ordered. Our Rights

Applicable Law
We control the Site from our offices within the Republic of Panama. We make no representation that the Content in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export the Content in violation of Republic of Panama’s export laws and regulations. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CERT-Pharma S.A. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CERT-Pharma S.A. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled CERT-Pharma S.A. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

General Information
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us (you and us) and govern the use of the Site. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
